It is important to note that throughout our entire process we will be providing you with plenty of information and answering all your questions regarding our franchise program. We will also learn as much as we can about you, your background, your business acumen, your sports experiences, and your goals. Below, we have outlined our discovery process:

Single

• Initial inquiry is received by Skyhawks.
• Once you submit an inquiry to Skyhawks, an Informational Brochure and a Program Fact Sheet will be sent to you via email.
• If it is determined that you are qualified, a representative from Skyhawks will contact you to discuss your motivation for contacting Skyhawks, your business background, your sports background, and your educational background.

Double

• If you are qualified, and mutual interest to move forward still exists, we will send you a Confidential Franchisee Application (CFA) to complete.
• Once we have received your completed CFA, we will contact you to discuss your application.
• If mutual interest exists after reviewing the CFA, we will send you our current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and will schedule a time to review the FDD with you.
• After reviewing the FDD, if strong mutual interest continues, we will open up our franchise network to you. You will be able to contact a current franchisee. This will give you an opportunity to hear first-hand what it is like to be a Skyhawks franchisee.
• A call will be conducted to discuss and review the outcome of all your calls and visits with our franchisees. We will also discuss your strategy and business plans as they pertain to markets of interest, marketing ideas, infrastructure, etc.
• At this stage in our process, if the “fit,” qualifications, and interest level are strong, we will invite you to join us at an upcoming Discovery Day, held at our corporate headquarters in Spokane, WA .

Triple

• Attend Discovery Day. This is a great experience. You meet all of us and we get to meet you. You will have a chance to confirm everything you think you already know about Skyhawks, in addition to learning much more. At the end of Discovery Day, you should have no unanswered questions. You will now be able to make a fully informed decision as to whether Skyhawks is a great “fit” for you. Within 24 hours of attending Discovery Day, the executive team at Skyhawks will decide if an approval will be extended to you to become a franchisee.
• You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours of attending Discovery Day.

Home Run!

• If you decide to join our franchise network, you will need to sign a Franchise Agreement within 30 days of your being approved.
• Our support team will assist you from this point forward and beyond.
